process in 6 easy steps

Step 1: Get in touch

If you would like us to complete your tax return, the first thing you need to do is to get in touch with us:

Step 2: Discuss your return

We will discuss with you in detail your tax return and will answer your questions. We will confirm our fees quote via email.

Once you confirm our fees quote, we will invite you to our secure online GDPR client portal to register your account.

Step 3: Send us your tax return information

You can send us your tax return information in the following ways:

  • By uploading it to our secure GDPR compliant online portal
  • Email us a scanned copy of the original documents at team@martaxaccountants.com

Step 4: Completion of your return

Once we have all the information related to your tax return, we will complete your return and send this to you by uploading this to our secure online portal for your review and digital signatures.

Step 5: Check your tax return and send us your approval

You need to carefully review your tax returns and ensure that all your sources of income and capital gains have been included in the return. If there are any queries or amendments required, please contact us at team@martaxaccountants.com.

If you are happy with the completed tax return, you can send us your approval by simply clicking on the SIGN button in your online portal.

Step 6: Submission of your tax return

Once we receive the approval of your tax return, we will submit your tax return to HMRC.

We will send you the submission receipt of your tax return via the portal for your records.
